Macao, to the effect that, as from April 12, 1041, all passengers from Hongkong to Macao must be in possession of valid certificates of Inoculation against cholerà or un dergo survillance or observation for a period of five days. reckon- tog from the day of departure from Hongkong.

(a) shows that inoculation has been performed not less than six days and not more than gtx months prior to the date of ar- rival in Massa from Hongkong,
