THE REMAINING GERMANS IN BELGRADE, NUMBERING ABOUT 50, RECEIVED INSTRUCTIONS FROM BERLIN YESTERDAY MORNING TO LEAVE THE CAPITAL IMMEDIATELY, STATES A LONDON MESSAGE. THE ONLY GERMANS STAYING ARE THE CHARGE D'AFFAIRES AND THE MILITARY ATTACHE
