In discussing what the present war is about and why It is being fought, MR. J. B. PRIESTLEY, the well-known author, put a new construction on this subject when he described the present conflict as a war between THE MASSES AND THE PEOPLE, in the course of an eloquent broadcast talk from London yesterday in the series "BRI- TAIN. SPEAKS.”
