THE POSITION OF THE BRITISH LEGATION IN RUMANIA HAS BECOME IM- POSSIBLE AND, ACCORDING TO AN OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT IN LONDON YES- TERDAY AFTERNOON, THE BRITISH MINISTER, SIR REGINALD HOARE, PRESENT- ED A NOTE TO THE RUMANIAN GOVERNMENT DEMANDING HIS PASSPORT.
