Salt Administration Given Judgment On Claim For $221,327.54

.THE SALT ADMINISTRATION OF THE CHINESË NA- TIONAL GOVERNMENT were the plaintiffs in an action, claiming damages amounting to $221,327.54, brought before the Chief Justice, Sir Atholl MacGregor, at the Supreme Court yesterday, against TSANG PAK-WOON, trading as Tak Kee Hong, of No, 55 Bonham Strand East, and Poon Yuek-kwong, trading as Chuen Kee Cheong, of No. 24 Wing Kut Street, for breach of contract.

According to the statement of claim, a contract, with first. defendant as the principal and second as guarantor, was entered into on Nov. 23, 1939, and was for the delivery of 8,000 tons of salt.
