HITLER MAY STILL BE FORCED TO TRY DIVERSION
IN THE BALKANS
People in Germany are beginning to ask themselves: Where is this great victory that was promised us and why" this long delay in the subjugation of Britain? The dicta- tors cannot allow that question to develop. So Herr Hitler wants something to show them. Perhaps he is not yet ready for his great gamble of invasion-so, in the mean- time, he may be forced to try a diversion in the Balkans. We shall soon see.".
