Judgment for the pla'ntiff, with costs, was given by Mr. Justice Williams, at the Summary Court yesterday at the conclusion of the hearing of the case in which Chan Sin-ying, widow, claimed from Lo Sang, a former District Watchman, for the return of a Hillman Minx Saloon car (No. 5859).
Mr. J. M. D'Almada Remedios appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr. D. McCallum for Le Sang.
