Hearing of an action, brought by T. 0. Wong and Co. Ltd., against the Kwong San Hong of No. 41, Bonnam Strand, West, claiming 31.000 for breach of a contract for the sain and purchase of 343 tins of pure "Yau Hop" tea-seed oil entered into between the two parties on Dec, 12, 1939, was cominenced before Mr. Justice E.
