The Bill.comprises three schemes.

Firstly, a Compulsory contributory scheme for compensation for damage to buildings and other Immovable properly

Secondly a compulsory scheme for the insurance for all mov- able assets of business undertakings, such as plant and ma- chinery and office and shop equipment,

Thirdly, a voluntary scheme for the Insurance of alf" per- sonal chattels, such as furniture.

In the case of buildings and immovable property the compul- sory contribution will be equal to 28 in 1 on the rateable value of the property each year over a period of five years.
