NEW YORK COTTON; The market today again hesitated, but there is general bellef that higher prices are necessary to check hold- ings Mills are watching closely on the "tree" supply situation because of the large diversion into the loan. Spots today were quiet but steady. December, ilquidation is increasing.

NEW YORK BUBBER: The quota for the first quarter of 1941 has

been fixed at 100 per cent. of capacity,

CHICAGO WHEAT: At the close of the session, there was a broaden- ing of demand, both from mills and Commission houses. Hedge selling was readily absorbed by increased buying interests.
