LONDON: Uct, 23 (Reuter)—The Italian destroyer. Fran-' cesco Nullo was forced aground, and was blown up by a torpedo fired from His Majesty's destroyer Kimberley in a spirited ac tion in the Red Sea, states an Admiralty communique last night, giving an entirely different complexion to the action as reported by Rome.
