THREATENED BY ROBBERS
Armed robbers visited
pean residential district in Trim- shatsui early yesterday morning. Two men, armed with daggers, climbed up to the servants' quar- ters at No. 10, Knutsford Terrace, about 2 m, and after threaten- ing the amahs decamped with a wrist watch, $3 in cash, and an electric torch.
The amahs were menaced with the knives and warned to keep quiet while the two men rummaged about the room for about half an hour. The two amals who went through this unpleasant experience. are employed by Mrs. O. I. Kolat- chott, of No. 10, Knutsford Terrace, Drst floor.

On Thursday, the 10th October, the General Post Office and Kowloon Central Post Office will be open from 8 am to noon. Sheungwan Branch Post Office will be open from 8 am to 10 am. and the other Branch Post Offices will be entirely closed.
There will be one collection from the pillar boxes as on Sun- days, one delivery of ordinary correspondence at 11.30 am, and one delivery of registered correspondence at 11 am.
There will also be one delivery of ordinary correspondence at 11. a.m. from the Branch Post Offices at Stanley, Talpo and Un Long.
