The annual meeting of the Hongkong Cricket League will be held this evening at the Urban Council Chamber, Post Office Building, when. It Is understood," à proposal will be put forward that League cricket be dropped entirely for the coming season.
As there does appear to be some demand for League cric- ket, even in modified form, it is unlikely that the proposal will meet with much support. Whatever modifications may have to be made, cricketers are looking forward to a Lea- gue this season
