ORDINANCE TO BE GIVEN FIRST READING TOMORROW
AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE THE PENSION RIGHTS OF OFFICERS IN THE PUBLIC SERVICE released for service with His Majesty's Forges in time of war will be read a first time at the meet-- ing of the Legislative Council tomorrow afternoon.
