MINE EXPLOSION SEQUEL: $100,000 FOR PLAINTIFFS IN SUPREME COURT CASE
Judgment for $100,000, the value of two lighters that were destroyed by a mine,on October 30, 1939, was given for plaintiffs with costs when the action claiming damages was concluded before the Chief Justice, Sir Atholl MacGregor, at the Supreme Court yes- terday.
