Kowloon Tong created a mild surprise when they beat Club de Recreio in the Second Division while the Kowloon Football Club and Cralgengower were both beaten by Kow- loon Bowling Green and the Kowloon Cricket Club respectively.

Despite the fact that Hongkong Electric Recreation' Club. collected four points, two from their resumed game against the H.K.C.C. and two from their day's fixture, leadership in this Division remains unaltered, the "P.O.C.

BEFORE A FAIRLY LARGE GATHERING of baseball fans on Saturday afternoon, Portugal made local history when for the first time in the annals of Hongkong baseball, they won the Mamak International Shield, emblematic of local International supremacy by the score of 7-5 over America who were odds-on favourites to retain the title.
