Provision For Assessment Of Incomes Chargeable
A Bill to further amend the War Revenue Ordinance had its first reading in the Legislative Council yesterday when it was moved by the Attorney General, Hon. Mr. C. G. Alabaster.
The Bill provides for the assessment of incomes chargeable to salaries tax for any year to be based on the income of the recipient for the year preceding that year of assessment.
