NONSIGNEES of Cargo are hereby

informed that all Goods are baing landed at their risk into the hazardous and/or extra hazardous Godowns of the Hong Kong and Kowloon Wharf & Godown Company, Ltd. whence and/or from the wharves delivery may be obtained.

Claims will be admisted after the Goods have left the Godown, and all Goods remaining undelivered after the 9th Aug, 1940, will be subject to rent.

All claims against the vessel must be presented to the undersigned on or before the 23rd Aug, 1940, or they will not be recognized.

To comply with the General Bonded Warehouse Regulations, Consignees must have a Revenue Officer in atten- dance when decimage dutiable goods Are examined.

All broken, chafed, and damaged Goods are to be left in the Godowns, where they will be examined on the a.m. by 7th Aug, 1940, at 9 Messrs. Carmichael & Clarke.
