NEW YORK, July 28 (Reuter)– The Bucharest correspondent, of the New York Times stated yes terday that the Bumanlan Minis- try of Marine announced that the Rumanian freighter Bucegi. (4581 tons) and two Rumanian tankers, the Oltenia (6,394

ала tons) Romania (3,152 tons) had been seized by the British authorities at Port Said.

BOUND FOR BLACK SEA The Bucegi was carrying materials, cereals and rubber, and the two tankers are said to have been empty.

All three vessels are reported to have been bound for the Black Sea port of Constanza. 3

The correspondent adds Ru- manla is expected to take repr!- there are sals against Britain as

SEIZURE CONFIRMED

The British seizure of three Rumanian vessels was confirmed Ger- in London last night. The man radio announces that the Rumanian Government has con. #located British barges in Ru- manian harbours as reprisal for the British action."
