IT IS WITH PROFOUND REGRET THAT WE HAVE TO RECORD THE DEATH OF HIS EXCELLENCY DR. ARTÜR TAMAGNINI DE SOUZA" BARBOSA, GOVERNOR OF MACAO.
A Reuter message states that His Excellency died at 7.25 o'clock yesterday morning in the Portuguese Colony after a long ailment. He was 59.
