NEW YORK COTTON: The early advance attracted more: ac- tive July liquidation and heavy Southern selling. The poor ex- port outlook and the uncertainty of war news are disturbing fact- tora. According to a survey made by the NY. Cotton Exchange ser- vice, a decline of more than 5,000,000 bales in the annual rate of. world consumption is threatened by the recent war area.
NEW YORK RUBBER: Trade shorts were buying on a thin mar- ket. The Trade is watching Far Eastern developments closely.
CHICAGO WHEAT: Weather and crop news are moderately bullish, but outside interest is disappointing. Good rains are need- ed over a wide area in the South-West to allay apprehension.
