NEW YORK COTTON: Spot tightness is still a dominating fac tor. This, with a rebound in securities caused shorts to cover and more active price-fixing. The weather continues to be favourable.

NEW YORK RUBBER: Baying was less aggressive and prices levelled off on profit taking. The general situation was unchanged. CHICAGO "WHEAT: The price-peg is to be removed on June 14. The movement of the crop in the South-West is increasing. but there was no pressure of selling at the declinu.
