Brewers Easily Beat H.K. Baseballers

BY R.O.Y.

IN AS ENTERTAINING A MATCH AS THE OPENING CLASH between the "BREWERS and the ' MINDANAO, the latter squad again starred in a hair-raiser against the CHUNG HWA aggregation who. were toppled from the top of the league ladder by virtue of a 5-6 defeat at the hands of the slugging Mindanaoaus.

The HONGKONG BREWERS kept puce with the leaders by tak- ing the BASEBALLERS 7-2 in a clash in which Bill Smith found himself unable to reproduce the form that had inflicted defeat on the Mindanao boys last week.
