A grass cutter, CHAN TIM-SING, who was arraigned before the Chief Justice, Sir Atholl MacGregor, at the Criminal Sessions yesterday on a charge of the murder of a 15-year-old boy NG WAN. was found Not Guilty.

The deceased, it was alleged, was attacked with a chopper and succumbed to his injuries shortly after the assault. ".
