MURDER, BRIBERY AND ABORTION

Two murder cases are amongst 20 to be tried to at May Criminal Sessions, which will commence at the Supreme Court on Saturday.

The following are those accused and their alleged offences:--

PLANE CRASH

RECALLED

The late Mr. George Horace Weigle, formerly of the Central Aircraft Manufacturing Co. Fed.

Inc. USA, who was killed in a plane crash over Kwan Yang Fo atrield, near Chungking, on May 5 last year, left estate in Hong- kong valued at $11,300.

Only 27 years at the time of his death, the young pilot was buried in the International Cemetery at Chungking. He left all his pro perty to his father, Mr. Milford Weigle, of Fort Myers, Florida.

Letters of administration have been granted to Mr. D. L. Strellett, solicitor and awful attorney.

Dr. Y. Y. Tsu, newly consecrated Assistant Bishop to the Rt. Rev. Bishop R. O. Hall of Hongkong, is expected to arrive here from Shanghal about May 18, en route to Yunnan and Kwelchow to take charge, of the dioceses there.

Dr. Tsu, who is noted for his educational and religious work both in China and United States, has been Professor of Sociology of St. John's University. Shanghai, visiting lecturer of the Pacific School of Religion in Berkeley, U. 3. A., and secretary of the National Christian Council, Bhang- hat.
