In view of the number of entries received for the above, it has been decided to divide the race into three sections.
The third section will be race No. 11 and rún at 6.30 p.m.
A cash sweep, tickets $5 each, will be held on this race but "Al through" chances will not parti cipate, and tickets can be pur chased only at the Race Course during the Meeting.

Dr. W. W. Yen, former Chinese Ambassador to U. S. S. R. was yesterday guest speaker at the F's Men's tiffin meeting which took place at the St. Francis Hotel.
Recently returned from a round-the-world cruise, Dr. Yen denit in his address with the impressions and experiences of the trip.
The cruise started inauspiciously said Dr. Yen, as near Colombo, Ceylon, due to outbreak of the Europeari wer, blackouts were already instituted on the Island. and the captain of the ship stated they would probably have to go around the Cape to London.
Dr. Yen made a long stay in Bombay, where he met leaders, especially of the Congress Party. including Mr. Nehru, who visited Chungking last autuan, and with whom Dr. Yen was profoundly im- pressed.,
