LONDON, April 25 (Reuter)-The attention of British newspapers today reverts to Norway. Though official information is necessarily fragmentary, the Norwegian cam- paign is seen as being satisfactorily conducted, and the view is expressed that it may be a long and hard task, but the belief in ultimate victory remains unshaken.
