LUMBER YARD OUTBREAK

TSINGTAO, April 4 (Reuter)- The largest conflagration in many years occurred here yesterday in the yard of the China Export. Lum-1 ber Co., Ltd. The fire started in the early hours of the morning in a mill and was alleged to have been caused by the blowing of fuse.

The flames spread rapidly to the adjacent outbuildings and a large stock pf lumber in the yard:

The mill was completely burnt down and while the fire in the lum- ber yard is continuing, it is under) control. No one was injured but the loses are estimated at over one Million dollars.
