NEW YORK COTTON: Mill fixations are lending continuing strength as a "result of the recent large sales of gray goods. We doubt much declina, of consequence and continue to expect May contracts above 11 cents by middle of April.

NEW YORK RUBBER: There was some factory buying on de- clines. There is a lack of outside interest at the moment.
