The fifth day of the Bisley Meeting opened in brilliant weather much to the relief of competitors and officials alike. In fact, so amazing was, the change' on the Kowloon City Banges that it was dimenit to believe that only twelve hours before., shooting was an impossibility, and crossing from tent to tent was an adventure fraught with danger.
