The market was dull.
NEW YORK COTTON: There was a better demand from the Trade and short operators found offerings limited. Progress in the Farm measure is being made steadily.
NEW YORK RUBBER:
The market is reflecting the pressure of shipment offerings and the weakness of the Sterling exchange. CHICAGO WHEAT: There has been less pressure. Cash houses were selling for May while Commission houses were fair buyers for new crop months. There have been dust storms' in the Kansas and Dakota sections of the wheat belt. Pacific Coast sales to Russia up to March 20 are estimated' as high as 4,750,000 bushels
