Triumphant Day Pays Highest Dividend: Black Leading Jockey
Favourites were very much to the fore at the First Extra Race meeting of the Hongkong Jockey Club on. Saturday, when some keen sport was witnessed in delight- ful weather.
The highest dividend paid was $36.90 by Triumphant Day for third place, The Daily Double on Devonian and Albury paid $26.20 to each of 308 selectors of the correct combination. The total pool was $2,510, 502 tickets having been sold altogether on the Double.
