Excellent results from the winter garment campaign were reported by the National Women's War Relief Association. of which Madame Chiang Kal-ahek is chairman.. During the period from September 22, 1939 to the end of January, 1940, I received pledges, amounting to $4,725.088.79.. The $4.647.286.02 has already been received.
