TOKYO; Mar. 6. (Reuter) -- The Japanese Government will issue a statement in the near future, probably about the end of this month, it is understood, setting forth Japan's tentative peace terms-or what is called, in official circles here, "a formula for the disposal of the China In- cident."

These terms have already been communicated to the House of Peers and House of Representatives at their pre- sent sessions.

The China Affairs Board met at a conference yesterday evening to discuss the formula.”

The date for the issue of the statement may be timed to be simultaneous with the opening of the political con- ference in Nanking, which will proceed with the inaugura- tion of the new Puppet Central Government in China un- der Wang Ching-wei.
