informed that all Goods AIS being landed at their risk into the hazardous and/or extra bazardous Godowns of the Eong Kong and Kowloon Wharf & Godown Company, Ltd. whence and/or from the wharves delivery may be obtained.

No Claims will be admitted after the Goods have left the Godown, and all Goods remaining undelivered after the 11th Mar, 1940, will be subject to rent. All claims against the vessel must be presented to the undersigned on or before the 25th March, 1940, or they will not be recognized.

To comply with the General Bonded Warehouse Regulations, Consignees must have a Ravenue Officer in atten- dance when damage dutiable goods are examined.

All broken, alated, and damaged Goods are to be left in the Godowns, where they will be examined on the 9th March, 1940, at 9 a.m. by Messrs. Carmichael & Clarko.

obtained as soon as the Goods are landed, Optional Cargo will not be landed bere, unless Notice has been given 48 hours prior to vessel's arrival, but carried on from port to part to the final port of call to which the option extends.

No Claims will be admitted after the Goods have left the Godowns, and all Upods remaining undelivered after the 8th March, 1940, will be subject to Rent.

All broken, chafed, and damaged Goods are to be left in the Godawns, i where they will be examined on 7th March, 1940, at 10 km by our Surveyor Messrs. Goddard & Douglas. To comply with the General Banded Warehouse Regulations, consignees must have a Bovenue Officer in attendance when damaged dutiable goods are examined.

All claime must reach us before the 8th April, 1940, or they will not be recognized.

No Insurance will be affected.
