Amazing 2,000-Mile Trek Across Central Africa By Northern Rhodesia Troops

LONDON, Maṛ, 'S (Reuter)-News was received here yesterday of an amazing trek across 2,000 miles of Central Africa by troops of Northern Rhodesia, who have new arrived in Nairobi, Kenya, after a journey in two-hundred motor vehicles, from Lusaka, the Northern Rhodesia capital,

They made the trip in six upits and were completely, self-sup- porting. They consisted of the First Battalion of the Northern Rhodesia Regiment at full war strength and regiments of the first line Transport Ambulance Unit and a Supply Company of the Nor- thern Rhodesla Army Service Corps.
