NEW YORK COTTON: The early armness attracted increasing March liquidation, but with the impressive strength on mill fixa- tions, we doubt much decline of consequence,

NEW YORK RUBBER: The tightness of supplies in the East, resulting from an over sold position is beginning to make itself felt here. The increasing factory demand for both actuals and nears reflects estimates from Akron that domestic consumption for the first. quarter will be well maintained.

CHICAGO WHEAT The weakness of the foreign markets and slow export enquty induced moderate hedge-selling. The predicted moisture in the South-West has disappeared.
