Treaty Is Foreshadowed In Y's Men's Club Talk
The early completion of a diplomatte and commercial treaty between the Argentine Republic and China was fore- shadowed by Mr. Ramon M. Lavalle, Argentine Consul in Hongkong, when he addressed a large gathering of 'mem- bers of the H.K.Y.'s Men's Club, at their weekly tiffin meet- ing, at the St. Francis Hotel yesterday.
