THREE DEAD-HEATS AND TWO NEW RECORDS WERE THE FEATURES OF THE FOURTH DAY OF THE HONGKONG JOCKEY CLUB'S ANNUAL MEETING yester day at Happy Valley, when Burford won the Champion Stakes in record time and King Kong annexed the Gover- nor's Cup with ease. There was a good gathering present and some exceptionally high dividends were paid out, al- though many of the races were won by the favourites.
