Well Maintained
Despite the fact that, pracfi eally no rainfall was recorded In the Colony during the month of January, the Colony's water. supplies were well maintained.
In the Island reservoirs, on Feb. 1, there were 1,307.09 mil- lion gallons, compared wlih 1,116.33 million, gallins on Feb. 1. 1939.
The total comsumption for January was 450.22 million gallon, giving an average of
15.3 lions per bead of popu~. lation per day.
