ON MAR. 1.
SHANGHAI, Feb. 13 (Reuter) -The Pro-Wang Ching-wel China News Agency states that although no definite date has yet been fixed for the re-open- ing of the Lower Yangtse, it is now expected that it will be re-opened to foreign shipping, about Mar. 1.
