NEW YORK COTTON: There was a broader general demand but some foreign selling was noticeable. Reports from Liverpool indicate that substantial tonnage is. again chartered to move cot- ton here,
NEW YORK RUBBER: Small barter arrivals and the steadiness of the foreign market provided today's substaining factors. Ship- ments offerings were large but on an inworkable basis.
CHICAGO WHEAT: Sub-zero Weather with heavy snows is report-- ed in the South-West. The market is technically healthier in view of the apparent dryness of selling pressure, but needs constructive development to change sentiment.
