Plaintiff, Mr. G. E' Ahwee, is suing the Hongkong Dairy Supply Co., Ltd, for damages for alleged breach of agreement, possession of the farm property which defendants agreed to purchase under the agreement and mesne profits. Plaintiff also seeks an Injunction to restrain defendants from using the name, Kowloon Dalry, and Trade Mark No. 63 of 1925.
