Losses of merchant ships were small in the week ended January 6. Two British ships, the Box Hill (5,577 tons) and the Eta (81 tons), were sunk on December 31. Onë Norwegian, the Luna (959). and wwo Swedish, the Lars Magnuð Trozelli (1,951) and Svarton (475). were sunk during the week. – (The Times).
