Taipo On Trial For

Alleged Robbery Attempt

A PROMINENT CITIZEN OF TAIPO AND FORMER CHAIRMAN "OF THE TAIPO CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, was arraigned at the Criminal Sessions before Mr. Justice R. E. Lindsall yesterday charged with attempted robbery and attempting to dissuade a witness from giving evidence.

"He was CHEUNG TAL-KWAI, third defendant in a case in which CHAU HING and CHAU SUNG were charged with attempted robbery.
