In the Summary Court yester- day, before the Chief Justice. Sir Atholl MacGregor. Judgment for plaintiff, with costs up to Sept. 16. was awarded in the case in which Chl Kee contractor, of No. 11, Queen's Road, sued Li Hung Chi, also known as Li Yau Chnen, No, {" 5. Lincoln Road. Kowloon Tong for $1,270 for work done and materials supplied for a building at No. 10 and 12 Wing Kat Street, owned by the defendants.
