CONSIGNEES of Cargo are hereby that all Goods are being landed at their risk into the hazardous and/or_extra_haradous Godowns of the Hong Kong and Kowloon Wharf & Godown Company, Ltil, whence and/or from the wharvoa delivery may be obtained.

No Claims will be admitted after the Goods have left the Godown, and all Goods remaining undelivered after the 18th Dec, will be subject to rent.

All claims against the vessel must be presented to he undersigned on or before the 1st Jan, 1939, or they will not be recognized

To comply with the General Bonded Warehouse Regulations. Consignees must have a Revenue Officer in atten- dance when damage dutiable goods are examined.

All broken, chafed, and damaged Goods are to be left in the Godowns,. where they will be examined on the 18th December, 1939, at a.m. by Menara. Carmichael & Clarke.

All Claims must be sent in to me on or before the 19th Des., 1938, or they will not be recognized.

Damaged Packages will be examined by the Company's Surveyors, Messrs. Goddard & Douglas in the presence of the Consignees at 10.00 am. du Friday, the 13th Dec, 1989.
