More U-Boats Destroyed

LONDON, Dec. 9 (Reuter) Three more British ships bave been lost. They are the MANCHESTER REGIMENT, 6,000 tons, sunk in an Atlantic collision; the THOMAS WALTON, 4,500 tons, sunk after an explosion off the Nor- wegian Coast; and "the MEREL 1,000 tons, mined "off the South-East Coast of Britain.

The survivors of the Manchester Regiment were landed yesterday, together with the survivors of the 4,600-ton s.s. Chancellor, which, as already reported, sank in the Atlan- tic following a collision while in convoy.
