Photographic exhibitions are not new in Hongkong, but the first all-China exhibition of pletorial photography organised by the Pho tographic Society of Hongkong marks a definite new step in the ad vancement and encouragement of photography in the Colony, and the very high standard attained is amptly revealed in the 100 odd pictures selected and displayed in the Society's Show in the Peacock Lounge of the Cafe Wiseman, Exchange Building.

The exhibition opens at 10 am today and will continue daily till Saturday. A special preview was accorded the Press yesterday,
