INVESTITURE HELD AT GOVERNMENT HOUSE Insignia Presented To Prof. Digby And Capt. Rodrigues
Two insignia were presented by H.E the Governor. Sir Geoffry Northcote, at a dignified and tmppressive ceremony at Government House on Saturday morning. The recipients were Professor K. H. Digby, who was invested with the Insignia of an Officer of the Civil Division of the Most Excellent order of the British Empire, and Capt. J. S. Rodrigues of the Volunteer Defence Corps, who received the Insignia of a Member of the Military Division of the same order.
